Before you order
Most Triora Living wax products are handcrafted to order or available for pre-order. Your order is confirmed after we verify availability, the final quotation, production time, payment details and delivery arrangements through WhatsApp.
Yes. Selected candles and wax gifts can be personalised with available colours, fragrances, labels, messages, ribbons and gift packaging. Actual colours and handcrafted details may vary slightly.
Lead time depends on the product, quantity and personalisation. Share your required date when ordering so we can confirm whether the timeline is possible.
Yes. We prepare wedding, event and corporate orders with coordinated colours, fragrances, tags, ribbons and packaging. Bulk orders may require an advance payment.
Islandwide delivery is available. Timing and delivery charges are confirmed according to the order and destination.
Before each burn, trim the wick to about 6 mm (¼ inch). Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts and anything flammable. Keep it away from children and pets, never leave it unattended, and extinguish it before leaving the room or going to sleep. Always follow the care label supplied with your candle.
